Help and FAQs
Below are common issues, fixes, requirements and frequently asked questions for running the Royal Soccer game in your browser.
Quick tip
If you see a black screen, we recommend to use Firefox browser on older PCs. On some legacy Intel GPUs, Firefox can run WebGL when Chrome and other browsers cannot.
The game targets modern browsers with ES modules and WebGL. Recommended: Chrome 80 or newer, Edge 80 or newer, Brave, Opera, Firefox 79 or newer, Safari 15 or newer.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
- CPU/RAM: 64-bit CPU with 2 cores, 4 GB RAM or more.
- GPU: WebGL capable GPU. Intel HD 4000 or newer recommended. Intel HD 3000 may fail in Chrome based browsers.
- OS: Windows 10 or newer, macOS 11 or newer, or a recent Linux distro.
- Browser features: Hardware acceleration on, WebGL enabled, JavaScript enabled, module scripts allowed.
- Network: If using the CDN build, allow access to
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net
.
- Confirm WebGL: open get.webgl.org. If no cube appears, your browser cannot create a WebGL context.
- Enable hardware acceleration: open chrome://settings/system and turn on "Use hardware acceleration when available," then restart your browser.
- On Chrome or Edge, try these flags: open chrome://flags, set "Override software rendering list" to Enabled, and set "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" to OpenGL. Restart and try again. If it still fails, try D3D11.
- Disable ad or script blockers for the page.
- If your PC has Intel HD 3000, we prefer Firefox. Chromium often blocks WebGL on this GPU.
This usually means your GPU or driver is on the Chromium blocklist. Try the steps above. If it still fails, use Firefox on this machine or update to a newer GPU.
- Keep browser zoom at 100 percent.
- Close other tabs and apps to free memory.
- Reduce window size slightly. Smaller canvas equals fewer pixels to draw.
- Use Firefox on very old GPUs. It is often faster on legacy Intel hardware.
No, you need an internet connection on first load.
This is expected on some older Intel GPUs due to Chromium’s ANGLE backend and driver limits. The same applies to Brave, Opera, and other Chromium-based browsers. Use Firefox on your PC, or try the Chrome flags listed in the "I see a black screen. How do I fix it?" section.
No. Internet Explorer does not support ES module scripts or the modern JavaScript features that this game uses.
Open the WebGL diagnostics page, then click “Copy capability report.” You can share it with our support team.
